AAMG is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to join our team on a mine site operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring the efficient execution of weekly maintenance plans across a large mobile equipment fleet. Working closely with the Planning Superintendent and Maintenance Planners, you will be responsible for scheduling maintenance activities to maximise equipment availability, reliability, and operational performance. About the Role Build weekly and daily maintenance schedules across mobile and ancillary equipment fleets Coordinate maintenance activities with operations and maintenance stakeholders Ensure work is scheduled in line with maintenance strategies and operational requirements Monitor schedule compliance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Liaise effectively with site personnel to ensure efficient work execution Contribute to ongoing improvements in maintenance planning and scheduling processes About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Current HA/Coal Board Medical & Standard 11 Previous experience in Maintenance Planning and/or Scheduling within a mining environment Experience working with large HME fleets, including mobile, ancillary, and field equipment Exposure to systems such as SAP (highly desirable) Engineering Degree or Trade Qualification Strong organisational and communication skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment What's on Offer 7/7 lifestyle roster Camp accommodation provided with transport from Mackay or Townsville Competitive hourly rate with Superannuation paid on all hours worked Weekly pay cycle PPE provided Opportunity to join a supportive and growing team If you're looking for your next challenge and want to be part of a company that values its people and delivers quality outcomes for its clients, we want to hear from you.
